JSON Encoding Custom Django Models
django

I have recently started using Django. I’ll save info on that for another post. For now, just a quick note about JSON encoding your Django models. ncentiveBlogHeader

So I have been off the radar for a bit once again, mostly due to moving (yet again) and renovation of my new place. During the renovation and moving, I had also been meeting with the amazing guys over at YearOneLabs, a new startup accelerator and one of the centers of the very exciting startup energy [...]

BuyThisSatellite!
bts

So for a few weeks, I’ve been working on a very exciting project called BuyThisSatellite. It’s a fundraising campaign to kickstart the mission of AHumanRight.org;  to provide free information (read internet) access to the entire globe. The idea is huge, there’s no denying that, and when my friend Kosta told me about it, I knew [...]

I pitched an idea that was selected for development and ended up developing the idea with one other person, Sofiane Hocine. We have similar backgrounds [...]

Encoding Problems While Loading HTML Snippets Via AJAX

Just a really quick post on encoding AJAX responses that contain strange characters, probably more for my own good so I’ll remember, but hopefully someone else will find it as well. I ran into this problem when using the JQuery function $.load() which directly loads a ajax requested piece of content into an element on [...]
