WHOA! It’s been quite a while since I posted anything. Mostly due to being in school, then traveling, and spending any energy saved for my blog on creating this new sweet layout. Now that it’s finally up, I’ll hopefully put some more energy into posting. But first a quick recap of the last few months.

In May and June, I took a French class at McGill. It was intensive intermediate French and it was my last class I needed to complete my degree. I barely learned anything since its such a mix of levels that the class really just ends up being a long review of beginners’ French. But its over, and I did fairly well without doing too much work, so it doesn’t really matter. I would like to continue my French studies though so hopefully  I ‘ll find some classes soon.

Then July I didn’t have an apartment so I went on a little tour around the US to visit friends. I went to a kickass party in New Hampshire (which I’ll post pictures of shortly), then down to Brooklyn to chill at Paul/Susannah/Nadia’s place and saw a bunch of other friends. Then got a ride to Chicago (via Philly) to visit my buddy Sam Hertz. Then a craigslist rideshare to Oberlin, Ohio to visit my buddy Max, then back to Philly with Max and a $1 megabus back to DC.

I chilled at home for about 3 weeks, mostly just hanging with my brother and cleaning out my parents’ house. It was the first time in a while that all of us were home at the same time so that was really nice, but by the end I was definitely getting antsy to return to Montreal. My parents drove back up here at the beginning of the month and had a nice vacation here as well.

So now I’m back and working on lots of fun stuff which I will be documenting here. So enjoy the new layout, and check back soon.
